In Academia,I was broadly interested in decision-making, in particular in settings where: (i.) there is a large amount of data, (ii.) several competing decision-makers interact, (iii.) there are scarce or limited resources, for instance, computing resources, time or money, (iv.) decisions should happen in real-time. In practice, I am to support decision-makers involved in energy markets, autonomous systems, intelligent infrastructure and telecommunication systems. My research involves both predictive (i.e., machine learning) and prescriptive (i.e., optimization and game theory) tools.
